Attached is a document with guidance on payment of utilities for church parsonages.? Many of you are aware that the Cabinet is asking that all congregations with pastors living in parsonages begin making utility payments directly to the utility companies rather than making cash allowance payments to the pastor.? Please see the attached guidance for more discussion of this if it applies to your congregation.
