I got your email. You may have choses a digest setting. And as far as I know there haven't been any respones. 

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. In the training booklet there was a listing of the recommended dates for record retention. A lot of stuff you have to keep permanently. Would the IRS accept electronic record retention? A few years ago, they did not accept this, however, it would solve the space problem.
