[LCFinance] Cash Balance/working capital

Our undesignated cash balance varies week to week, it all depends on what expenses need to be paid but I try to not let it dip below $1,000. We'd really like to keep more than that in the bank for unexepected expenses, but at this time it's just not possible for that to happen.

It would be helpful to our finance committee and the church leadership to have some information on some churches’ current cash balances and your annual operating budget. 



If you’re willing to share, I’d be interested in three things: 





1 Your total cash balance $___32,888.82_____________ 

2. Your annual operating budget $_______354,721, this includes apportionments______ 

3. Your total undesignated cash balance (if you know) $____6,460.48_________ 



Also any other information or comparisons regarding working capital would be helpful. 



If you would like a summary, just let me know. I’ll be happy to summarize and share or post.
