[LCFinance] Letter

Thank you to you all who said you will help us out with our workers'
compensation project.  I have attached a letter you can use to request
this information from your agent.  There is a place to provide the
policy numbers but your agent should be able to get those if you don't
have them readily available.  I also provided that they can send the
information directly to me so that you don't have to deal with it but
please feel free to change that if you would like.  

 

I am sending this to everyone so that you all have it here but please
send any questions you may have on the letter to me directly at 
christine at nccumc.org so that we don't load up others' inboxes with
questions.

 

I appreciate your help with this project and look forward to bringing
you news of discounted, affordable rates in the future!
