Glad to, Frank.  Hopefully, they might be beneficial to you.  We spent the better part of a year putting together a comprehensive policy manual--I was most interested,obviously, in the financial portion, so we did it first.  Some of the other components are still unfinished.  As I said, our policies are not perfect, and I plan to incorporate some of Kathy Rattie's and Bob Smith's policies into ours.  This network of peers is very helpful, I think, to all of us.  Thanks to Christine Dodson for spearheading the effort.

At the suggestion of Christine at the Treasurer's office, I am attaching the financial policies that we have implemented here at Trinity UMC for any of you that might want to consider some or part for your church.  They are not intended to be all-inclusive, but more a work in progress, so I would appreciate any suggestions or additions that you might have.  In the meantime, here is our foundation for this part of our policy manual.  Please share with me any of  your ideas as well.  Thanks.
