For those of you who asked to have our financial policies sent to you, I am doing so by sending them to the email address that you provided.  For the others who did not give me an email address, I will be glad to do so if you will provide me with your email address.  Those who did NOT provide email addresses are:

This way, I will not be sending out to all those who might not be interested.  I recognize that these policies are  not perfect, but they are better than what we had when I started here---nothing.  I will appreciate any input that you may have as to how they might be improved.  I also know that each one who reads them will have to adapt them to your particular church environment, but they do provide a foundation for doing that.  I appreciate your interest.

	We are a new church in the Raleigh District (launched in November 2007), and we are struggling to produce written policies and procedures for nearly everything!  Rather than reinvent the wheel, do any of you have policies that you would be willing to share as templates?  

	All Saints’ would be happy to take on the task of assembling a “starter package” of administrative policies to share with churches throughout the Conference and beyond.  Thanks for any assistance you might provide for us and others.
