Last year, our church developed a set of financial policies for Trinity
UMC. If you'd be interested in financial policies, I will be glad to
share them with you.

We are a new church in the Raleigh District (launched in November 2007),
and we are struggling to produce written policies and procedures for
nearly everything! Rather than reinvent the wheel, do any of you have
policies that you would be willing to share as templates?
All Saints' would be happy to take on the task of assembling a "starter
package" of administrative policies to share with churches throughout
the Conference and beyond. Thanks for any assistance you might provide
for us and others.
