She is wearing a heart monitor for 24 hours and will hopefully see a cardiologist tomorrow. He is on a drip currently and will start Dialysis tomorrow. Tuesday, they will be performing a biopsy to determine the need for a transplant, although it seems likely at this stage. It means more than words can possibly convey. Charlie had a great day. He had his second session of dialysis this morning and was back in his room before noon. He looked and felt so much better, it was hard to believe. His energy level is up. His appetite has improved. He received visitors all afternoon and didn't get fatiged at all. He asked for a cheese burger a while after dinner tonight and ate the whole thing. His attitude is amaing. He is scheduled for another dialysis session tomorrow morning and should be back in his room around noon. We expect them to get a biopsy of one of his kidneys Tuesday. Hopefully we'll get more answers about what caused this and treatment options once the biopsy results are back. The doctors think that Charlie will probably need a transplant, but we are still praying for God to restore function to his kidneys. Please continue to keep Charlie in your prayers.
